In business overview, they're saying "being honest and fair", but does anybody think been charged for $1700 for one month rental for a Corolla is fair? I surpose to be charge weekly at weekly rate rental, the manager told me I can get monthly rate after 4 weeks, but after being charge $250 for 4th week, they charged me again next day for $750, I even printed the receipt with transaction#, when I called the branch manager, she didn't even check if somebody else charged, answer me right away she didn't charge me, but later when I call customer service later, they told me I've been charged and then they return the funds to me! when I bring the transacation reciept to this branch after work, the manager named Ani still insist it's not their fault, blame other people work there and my bank, said maybe my bank made mistake: well, my bank automaticly charge me $750 to Enterprises!!! Actually this happened 2nd time already that they charge me 2 times a week! So beware, if you want to rent car at this office for more than one week, make sure check your statement every week!
