I brought in my car for new breaks and ended up having to get a new serpentine belt, new tires, and an oil change. None of these things surprised me as the car needed all of these things. I have had multitude of bad experiences at car mechanics from private garages to dealerships so I was impressed with the high reviews that Goodyear has received and made my appointment with them. I was impressed that they could get me in quickly, they worked with my schedule, they offered me a loaner without me even requesting it, and they were super fast. I was impressed also how professionally they treated me and how transparent their pricing structure was. The speed of all that work was amazing. I dropped it off at 9 AM and it was ready by 1:30 PM. I've had other companies take that long just for the diagnostic. I will certainly be returning!
