We went to this place last night for my wife's 26th birthday. We were greeted by the hostess and immediately she acknowedged my wife's birthday which was a very nice touch I thought. We were sat at the front of the restaurant near the kitchen, and when our server Janet greeted us she immediately offered to move us to a very nice booth. It was later in the evening and she wanted us to be away from the noise of the kitchen. She showed us to what she called a "maphia booth". I felt like we were in a scene from the movie "Casino". We absolutely loved this romantic table, and the fact that we could see the whole restaurant from our vantage point. I definitely recommend requesting one of these tables. The food, service and atmosphere were among the best we've had in the triangle. The bread and spreads in the beginning are a nice touch, the bone in fillet mignon melts in your mouth, andthe baked potato was HUGE. We didn't have room for deserts but I'm sure they're delicious, based on everything else we ate. A nice touch to the evening, they brought out these homemade truffles and a birthday card at the end of the meal. We will definitely be back. It is a little pricey, so be prepared to have a lighter wallet at the end, but it was well worth it for a special occasion.
Pros: food, atmosphere, service
Cons: a little pricey
