We had a long-standing problem with our relatively new water heater (installed by a different company). We called Roto-Rooter to help us, and their technician came out to diagnose the problem and perform the work under the manufacturer's warrantee. Their technician was helpful, courteous, patient with our questions, complete in his answers, and honest in his advice. He went the extra mile to work with the uncooperative manufacturer to get the job done for us at the least cost. All staff--from phone to dispatch to the technician--were unfailingly courteous and kept us apprised of the status of our job throughout. Highest marks!
