We had a stopped up toilet. my husband who is a mr fixit could not fix it. after a week of trouble. Roto rooter showed up and snaked it with a hook snake. My 16 month old put something down there not meant for toilets. The technician had a very straight forward price sheet and did the job no problems and even had a part we needed to upgrade our toilet that he sold to us at cost. we are happy and our toilet is fixed. 146$ total. -can go now.
Pros: showed up on time and finished quickly
Cons: any price would be too much right now
