they came out to my house to install a heat pump. On the 2nd day as they were wrapping up, they asked for the final payment. I asked ....well, can you show me the heat pump worked ... they seamed ticked off that i asked. In the process of trying to show me how it works and that it is functioning properly, they really showed me that the thermostat was wired wrong and the one of the heating elements was broken.... REALLY!! Before you ask for final payment and try and pack up, you need to check your work!!! Instead, they wasted my time because as we found each thing broken i had to ask more and more questions because i became more and more convinced they did a sloppy job and were not focused on quality.
Pros: decent price and good product
Cons: tried to leave without checking their work
