Sorry if you felt as if we "robbed" you, if you go to the doctor, dentist or even a dealership to have something looked at you get charged a co-pay or diagnostic fee. Diagnostic fees are normally $55.00, as a courtesy we only charged $20.00. We did pull your vehicle in the shop and did a thorough inspection and at that time we determined the dvd was jammed and we were unable to eject it as your dvd unit was beyond repair. It was not our product nor our warranty. I'm glad the place of business which we referred you too was able to assist you and we do hope that you were able to have your problem rectified. In conclusion we feel as if your review was inaccurate unjustified and misleading.
