I am updating this review. I was contacted my the field supervisor who returned my call immediately. He scheduled an appt and arrived on time. He was very a[apologetic and assured me of their commitment to customer service. He was able to resolve my issue quickly and courteously. While the past had me concerned about the company, I believe now I would consider them again for window replacement based upon their handling of my complaint.We ordered our windows in Dec 08, they advised 6-8 weeks and they came in 4/09. No calls unless we generated them. Promises to repair walls for new installation with stucco and they did not, had to call them back out. Spoke to Monica in the office who was nice but never followed thru. Had a recent problem, one window in "bowing " out and cannot close, they came out and said the lock was sticking, push harder. After replacing/new construction of 9 windows and a set of French doors, this is their "great" customer service. I would NEVER recommend them. From
