We've been taking pets there since the 70's and have always found them caring and compassionate, especially during "end of life" times. Regular care is good, but if they spot a problem, they will act immediately. We usually don't board, but I we have used them, and had no problems. The cost is very reasonable which is especially important now. They don't try to sell you things or make you feel you are not doing enough to prevent things that might happen and will tell you honestly if a treatment is worth it or not.
