I went to Jennifer to get back on track. I had lost weight before but after several years it was creeping back on and I knew that I had lost focus. I wanted to be at a healthy weight and have healthy habits in place in order to start planning a family. Jennifer gave easy to follow advice (I took loads of notes!) as well as motivation and inspiration. I am down to the weight I was at when i lost weight before, and I feel like I can keep going even further! What is great is that while I still do indulge from time to time, I am much more aware of it and I eat a lot less of the indulgence than I would have. All in all, if it's something you're considering, I say your time and money will be well spent!
