I went to UWG and took my dog to All About Animals after meeting a vet tech that LOVED dogs when some friends were playing softball! I brought my dog and she was so sweet to him and interested, I thought this vet HAS to be great! So - I took my dog, my roommate took hers. Where do I start. Well my roommate moved away and got a diagnosis that her dog needed fracture surgery. After spending HUNDREDS of dollars on him and gearing up to go under the knife - she felt like she needed a second opinion. She went back to AAA - and lo and behold - he'd SPRAINED his ankle! He lost some weight and he's FINE now! Thank god she didn't get surgery.\r
Now, I've moved back to Atlanta. Finding a new vet is scary, but I found one that was AAHA approved and went - and FIRST visit: all of sudden my dog needs surgery and they're scaring me and I don't feel comfortable at all with what they're proposing.
