Where do I begin? We ordered new front doors and it took 17 weeks to get them. We were told 4-6 weeks. I had to continually call and get my own updates. I rejected the first delivery, the stain was striped on the doors. Second attempt the doors were fine, lock system was wrong. One year later the stain is bubbling off the doors. After many phone calls on my part they finally came out. They refinished the touble spots in my garage over two days. The doors are not smooth and the clear coat finish is now covering my cars. The newly stained areas do not match. Called and spoke with manager and he refuses to fix the problem unless we pay for it ourselves. And he hung up on me!
