All of their employees are extremely knowledgeable, courteous and always treat you like one of the DRW family.
Recently, the transmission in our 1995 Dodge Caravan failed 2.5 years after being rebuilt by DRW. Wayne Madsen, the manager of DRW, had the vehicle towed to the shop where the transmission was removed and disassembled. Upon inspection, a factory weld was found to have failed on a major part. Wayne Madsen and Don Wang, the owner of DRW, made the decision to replace the part and rebuild the transmission at no cost to us. We could not ask for more dedication and loyalty from an auto repair garage.
