I went to Sayrebrook for years and then had to switch due to a move. However, after not successfully finding a vet in my area I drive the hour to get there. Pros: The docs are great. 24-hour care and always very responsive taking the time needed whether on the phone or in person. Cons: The office staff is absolutely the worst. The reception staff is just too immature and inexperienced to deal intelligently with clients. Except for 1 or 2,they need a total overhaul. And the wait time is ridiculous. Recently I just waited almost an hour! Walked in at 11:00 am (as requested for a new pet) for an 11:15 appt. and wasn't seen until 11:50! Meanwhile everyone that walked in after me were seen and had left by the time I got in. The excuse was an emergency, but when I asked the vet there was no emergency. Just ineptitude. Another con, the techs are the worst I've ever seen at blood drawing - usually torturing the animal with multiple sticks from the leg to neck causing great stress
