Received a new refrigerator two weeks ago. Within a few days, it started leaking. It is now two weeks later, and they have not fixed it. They were an hour late on the first service call, said they had to order a part. The next service call was canceled because the repairman was out. Now, I have to take my third day off from work to get it fixed. I wanted to return it and get another model ( and pay $900 more), but they refused. Poor attitude and poor communication. We wanted to support a local business...big mistake.
