I've used this store for service on a number of occasions so when it was time for a new bike I got it here. The new bike came with 3 years of ""free service"". Unfortunately when I went to use this ""free service"" the first time they wanted to keep my bike 5 TIMES LONGER than they ever had with pay service. What a bait and switch, do not buy a bike from these crooks!
Cons: Don't deliver on written promises after the sale.
