Poor customer service 9/9/2009

Today 9/9/09 I tried several times to place an order with the deli for lunches for employees. I tried calling 671-4450 for over 45 minutes but your phone kept ringing with no voice mail. I called your corporate office and that too just rang with no voice mail. I called your Empire Blvd and Hard Rd Bill Grays asking for phone line to deli but the Hard Rd manager had no idea why the phones weren't working and she had no idea how to get me thru to deli. As a long time customer at Hegedorns it was a poor reflection on customer service when I tried to purchase deli sandwiches for several employees and was unable to get someone to answer the phones. This was between hours of 10:45 and 11:25a today. more
