I've done Pilates with several of the instructors at this studio and all of them are very well-trained and good listeners to understand their customer's needs.
I also have back issues and therefore they adapt certain workout programs to help alleviate the strain and make my core areas stronger. I have noticed improvements in both my posture and waistline because of the specialized workouts that I get every time I visit the studio.
P.S. It's also a great place for beginners who want to try out Pilates or yoga for the first time.
