Did not put back the deck they tore up. Put down spouts in different locations and some of them run into the back of the garages instead of out into the common area and into the streets, which would insure that it would not run into the basements. They also disconneted my drian line under my deck
Pros: Better than nothing
Cons: Was done to quickly and mistakes were made
