I was pretty dissatisfied with my experience at Mercedes. As the other reviewer stated, George was a good instructor, but all others were terrible and the office deliberately tried to keep you from having George multiple times.
Instructors aside, my biggest complaint was that the majority of their vehicles had serious issues, for example cars that desperately needed realignment. When, at the end of a lesson, I brought the fact that the car needed to be realigned up to an instructor (you had to turn the wheel about 45 degrees to the left to get the vehicle to drive straight) he told me that there was nothing wrong with the car, and lectured me for paying attention to the steering wheel. I found this insulting, and also think that it's really wrong to misguide a new driver when it comes to car maintenance. Obviously he didn't want me to believe that they're cars are buckets of junk, but had I been less experienced in car maintenance, it may have misguided me in the long term about proper car care. In a perfect world, wouldn't driver's ed also teach you a bit about how to own and maintain a vehicle?
