Called and asked Rob how long it would be to get a tire plugged, he hung up on me. I guess they're way too busy to do a plug. The bad part is I regularly buy tires from the grismer in Springfield, I doubt I will any longer.\r

To summarize, unless they know you purchase tires from them they will not do any repairs and treat you like trash.
Pros: None as far as I know
Cons: Amazing lack of intelligence in staff.
