The technician from Sibpro was polite and helpful--he took the time to diagnose and explain what the problem was with my AC system, and gave me an honest assessment of my repair and replacement options. After calling 2 other HVAC companies who only offered expensive ""quick fixes"" which didn't last (e.g., pumping in more refrigerant, only for it to leak out in a few days). Sibpro was able to help me and get me up and running. Many contractors in the valley can be, shall we say, less than reputable, and only want to get in, charge you a ton of money, and get out. The techs at Sibpro seemed to actually care about customer service and getting it right the first time. And the best part is that their prices were actually better than some of the bigger companies. I will definitely call them in the future, and I recommend them to all of my friends. With this heat, you just can't trust your AC to anyone!! Thanks Sibpro!!
