A woman takes you into a back room to sit until she is ready. Then shampoos your hair with OxyClean and Dawn ( dish soap). Imagine how that would feel on your scalp. How much do you think your eyes would burn when that mixture got in them? Oh, lets not forget it is cold water running all over your skin. After your ""spa treatment"" youi get to spend yet more time in a crowd room where everyone is bitching. She rips the knots out of your hair, almost in anger. You irrariated skin beginning to almost feel like it ripping. \r
