I just came back from our free consultation, which was a complete joke, and I am so angry. My son has acne, and is feeling really bad about himself, so I decided to check out laser treatments. I knew it would be expensive, but I at least thought that a real doctor would come in and examine my son before they asked for $8000 to treat him. I asked the ""salesmen"" who exactly he was, and if he really knew anything about the treatments. He said that he was the doctors assistant, and that he had worked with him for 15 years, he should know something about it. He was rude, and made me feel like I was being sold a used car. Even if the treatments work, I can't imagine doing business with a doctor that would have someone like that represent him. Get a clue LDI if you want people to respect you and give you their business, treat them like you value their business and at the very least have a doctor see the patient. I cannot image that this is the most ethical way a doctor can run his practice. I wonder what the medical board would say about a salesperson determining treatment.
