We left our healthy, 2.5 year-old dog here August 09 and he died. They did not provide adequate and promised care for our dog. They did not notify us when the dog first appeared unwell. They also told us that someone was with the dogs 24-hours a day, which I don't think was true either, as the dog was “found” dead in the morning. We will never know why our beloved family pet died because we have heard 3 different stories about what happened. (I'm sorry that zero stars is not an option.)
