We have used PDQ about a year. Friendly,timely always happy with job-wash/dry cleaning/starch. 2 visits ago we noticed the starch was not like we wanted it. They did redo the starching each time. Picking up our uniforms this week, again starch was not as requested. Something has changed-don't know what. They obvious did it correctly previously or we would have left them long ago.We have tried to insure employees knew exactly what we wanted all 3 times when we dropped off to avail. Unfortunately (because of the pros) we will now be going elseware. The frustration of having to make 2 trips for every drop off isn't worth it. \r
