Inter-Tel made a mistake in our billing two years ago and they are still unable to correct it. Every few months a new employee contacts us and we have to review the story and the letter we sent in 2007. They promise they're going to fix it and then a few months later the whole process starts in again. We've mailed, faxed and read the letter over the phone to many different employees over the last two years, but still no results.
Pros: Employees are technically competent
Cons: Can't seem to get billing organized
