Got our windows as part of an MI home and the seals in two of the windows broke in less than a year, letting water in and causing condensation. The warranty will replace ONLY the glass unit and does not include labor to fix them. I called three other window companies in Columbus and their warranty includes this. I have to replace the units myself.
To top it off, they will not ship a replacement to my haouse even though their trucks are in our neighborhood. I have to drive more than an hour and half to pick it up in Johnstown.
Cons: poor customer service for warranty, poor construction
