I moved down here from Chicago last year and to be honest with you i have not found any place in town or at least in Irving make Gyros the way we do in Chicago,but wait one of my friends told me about this hidden spot on Esters just south of 183,the place my friends is Jericho Cuisine,believe me i was very impressed at how wonderful the food was,ask for grilled onions,tomatoes,lettuce,and Oh Yeah the Tzatziki sauce is the main thing,i tried several places in the area,everybody has the frozen strips,they fry them,put them in your pita,at Jericho though you see the cone in front of you and they fix it the way you like,try it
