I've been a blue zone customer for the past 5 years, (until today). This company does not understand who keeps them in business. It does not staff it's service department and any real questions have to be ""emailed to the billing manager."" \r
While the options are inexpensive, it is a slow service due to the satellite, customer service is lacking (not the people but the wait times to get to a person) and their service department is not empowered to do anything.\r
So long Blue Zone!
