I give one star because I have to.
I paid my car off in August. I have been trying since to get Title and Keys they kept at original purchase. As of today I still have no title or Keys. I understand Title process takes time but my keys are another story. I have spoken with one person in the office and have left many messages that are never returned. I am not allowed to speak to a manager because this is a corporation and the managers are too busy to talk to people. This was actually said to me by an employee. I have given them till this afternoon today to answer my calls or I will involve an attorney.
