I have never experienced as horrible a customer service experience as with this business. I took several diplomas to be framed for a second time by them. When I took the second batch I took a sample that they could use as a guide and they managed to damage even this one. The day I went to pick up my diplomas they handed them to me all wrapped. I initiated the idea of unwrapping them to see they were all ok and the gentlemen told me they were packed for travel and suggested I just take them like that. BIG MISTAKE! After arriving at my office and unpacking them the wood on each of the diplomas was scratched. I called immediately and told them I would be in the next day. Upon arriving the next day I was meet by the most discourteous and condescending owner I have ever met in my life. According to him they have been in business for 16 years, I'm not sure how considering their atrocious customer service skills. He told me that I caused the damage and that it was evident by my behavior. My options were to chose between having the person who handed me the frames fired or for the damages to come out of this employees paycheck. First of all I think that in a properly run business it is not the customer's responsibility but rather the owners to decide when an employee should be fired.. But who knows perhaps his business had been open this long because his customers make more decisions than him. Bottom line he offered me no feasible solution and fixed nothing.
