I ordered a bottle of 1999 Opus One from Mission Liquor and it arrived in terrible condition. It had a large red wine stain on the label and the wrapping paper. \r \r Even worse, when I sent them a photo of the defective bottle requesting a refund, they denied my request. They claimed it happened during shipping and it's not their responsibility. However, it was clear this didn't happen during shipping because there was no apparent breaks or leaks. \r \r Needless to say, I'm returning the bottles anyway and taking the issue up with my credit card company. Furthermore, I'm never buying from them again.\r \r Cons: poor quality, terrible customer service more
