I was expecting this place to be sub-par, so I was really excited the first time I went here and had a great meal. There's nothing exotic about the place but the food is good. I get the impression that the chef knows what he is doing.
I've never understood how something as simple as an avocado roll is much different at different restaurants, but this place gets it right.
