Repeated attempts to make contact. Its been a month since we started contacting him. AC System was not properly installed and after 3 years the compressor needs replacing, yet he is avoiding the issue. The lines were not properly flushed out with nitrogen to remove moister. Call a factory certified installer and found this problem. Doug even lied to me that there was a ton of backlog and is a design problem with Carrier. Called Carrier and they said there is no problem with the design and there is no backlog. We are on verge of taking him to court.
