Ordered a flower basket arrangement for my sister-in-law. Arrangement was worth $50 but looked like it was worth $25. Spoke with a manager who insisted it was made to value (although the flowers he said were in the basket were NOT actually included). I told him this and told him I would even send him a picture. He kept saying ""it was made to value"". He offered me $15. He should have re-done the arrangement for us. Very bad experience. Be careful if you order from them and make sure you get what you paid for.
Pros: one of the few florists in town...
Cons: $50 arrangement looked like it came from a convenient store
