Indiana Water Solutions did not follow through with promises they made regarding free salt for our softener for one year, a $25 gas card for listening to their sales presentation, or making the first 3 payments of $150 for us if we bought that day. I have had constant trouble with the company they fiance through. Nobody ever answers the office phone or responds to their voice mail. I'm happy with the product, and the installation was a breeze. But the service is awful. I would not recommend doing business with this company to anybody.
