My appointment was made weeks ahead and my medical files were provided. I also filled a questionnaire when I arrived listing the reasons for my visit, list of medications, health problems, etc...I was shocked to be questionned about confidential info I had just provided, within ear reach of patients waiting in the waiting room. I thought it was rather unprofessional. Bad impression but you cannot blame the MD for its staff, I suppose. I waited about 30 minutes before being escorted in one of the waiting rooms where I I received a sale's speech from one of the associates about the importance of moisturizing and the wonderful products sold on the premises, she also took photos of my face at different angles.\r After another 15 mn wait, the Doctor came in. Since I consider any invasive procedure to be a serious matter, I am always asking a lot of questions about techniques, risk factors, follow up, and potential post surgery's complications. She kept on telling me: You'll love it"" and ""You are going to look fabulous"" but I kept asking questions for specific answers and no cheerleading generalities. I don't know if she was running late or if I was asking too many questions but the sweet tone became right down short, bordering on bitchy. Eventually, I make an appointment for the procedure before leaving the office. Back home, I thought about all the different aspects of my visit and I called a few trusted friends who agreed with me. “ Too many red flags” I cancelled three days later. It took me another two months to decide to go with the services of Dr. Gregory Antoine who is the chairman of plastic and reconstructive surgery at Boston Medical Center in the South End. \r I went to see Dr Antoine twice before deciding to have him do the surgery. I was charged only for one consultation and I asked all my usual questions and he was very details specific, patient and no pushy.\r I am so pleased with the results and he was cheaper! But if you must choose a surgeon got for the training, qualification and experience not the best price. In this case, I got all of it!\r While looking for an MD, please, check, check and double check, experience, training, certifications, complaints, etc... Yes, it takes times and more money but you only have one body, one face. Make sure you get the best since you will have to live with it for the rest of your life. Don't hesitate to question and to verify info and background . Most doctors don't mind it and most, actually, encourage it. \r Pros: Nice wall paper Cons: Late but no apologies more
