Sargent's has had our business for a long time but we will never go back. They put a hole in our tire with their machine when they were taking it off the wheel. These tires only have 6k miles and they would not replace the tire they ruined. They expect us to wait a week to find out if there is anything they can do for us. Seems the employees aren't trusted enough to make decisions. The manager kept going on about how they didn't do it but they are the only ones who have touched our tires. He walked away while we were talking to him.
