We ordered a dress on January 10th for my daugther's wedding on July 18th. Judy told us the dress would arrive in 12 weeks. My daughter felt a little uneasy because the owner was so disorganized and so would call the store from time to tome to check on the status. Judy never once offered to call the company but would always ask what date we ordered and would then say it will be here 12 weeks from then, April 10th. Well that date came and no dress so we called the store. We got a voice mail saying the dress would not arrive until between the 8th-15th of June. We panicked because that left barely a month to have fittings and alteration plus we couldn't even pick out a veil or shoes until we had the dress. My daughter immediately got on-line and found the exact dress at another store. We ordered it and received it in 4 days. I then called cancel my order and was then told ""Oh, the dress will be here at the end of April"". Now we had been given 3 different arrival dates and didn't trust what we were being told. I asked her assistant to please have Judy call me to discuss the matter and never heard back from her. I decided to dispute the charge on my credit card and sent them the information. I was shocked to find out that Judy lied to the credit card company about the whole matter and said she told us and we aggreed to a delivery date of May 29th. This date was never even mentioned in the conversations. So now the credit card company is charging me for the deposit and Judy now has my money and the dress.\r
I feel she is very dishonest.
