I went opening night to Blue Elm with a friend. We especially loved the kobe beef spring roll-I've never had such a thing and it was mouth-watering! They also have great cocktails with ingredients such as ginger and cucumber. I was impressed to see a menu with both sushi, steak and african delicacies. The Chef, Malik Fall is hands on in the kitchen while visiting tables throughout the night. Blue Elm has great ambiance, food, service & decor -i have already recommended it to many people and will surely return soon!
