This car wash has gone completely down hill. The manager, a Trinidadian woman, is beyond rude. After a $19.95 car wash the car is still dirty. The Trinidadian woman was so rude, she said she would only speak to me with the police present. She would not even give me her name, she told me I lacked English comprehension and she was glad she was not an American like me. I don't think she expected it but I called the police. The Trinidadian woman started making fun of me with other customers. She refused to give a refund and refused to get the owner for me to speak to. The police said while the car wash doesn't get a lot of complaints the ones they get are about harassment from the manager. The police told me to definitely speak with the owner on Friday. The police agreed that it did not look like the car was washed properly and that I could charge the woman with harassment. As I was leaving she said haha the police sent you on your merry way. I would hope that people would not use a place of business in America that employs people that are glad they are not Americans. In this day and age it sure does smell like terrorism. The woman who is glad she is not an American is named Kathie.
