As a vendor for many weddings, Im disgusted with the service I received at Ana's. Its such a shame too, because I will never recomend my clients to them, and I will tell other vendors to spread the word. Luckily I was asked to be a bridesmaid in one of my dear friends upcoming wedding. Ana's Bridal was close for all of us, so that was where we would get our dresses. Now people may have their own opinions, and that they are entitled too. I have read probably 30 bad reviews about Ana's and 2 good ones. This unfortunately will be another bad experience review. Not only were the 2 younger girls in there extremely rude, the wait time (when no one was in there besides myself and the blonde girl) was outrageous. I had an appt for 12. When I got there the place was dead, and there was a tiny blond in the side office...never once did I get a hello, or an Ill be right with you, so naturally....sorry but first impression DOES COUNT, and hers was not very impressive. I waited over 30 minutes, alone, in this place until she finally got finished doing whatever it was she was doing to finally be asked. ""Can I help you"" After fitting my dress, WITH NO CONVERSATION at all....I was sent off and told that I would get a phone call when the dress was done. Not only didnt I get a call, but the WHOLE bridal party was ignored. The customer service was the worst I've ever seen, I know you probably wish you were at home not working, but don't we all....at least give me service with a smile. Its great that your a family owns a business, and that 2 out of the 600 brides you've worked with were happy, but I wasnt and you better believe I will pass on the word. Your staff needs to work on their service, their attitude, and make sure what they tell you HAPPENS. Whether their your family or not Ana.....we are what keeps your business running, so I suggest you tell your daughters to work on that or you'll be just another FOR RENT building on Warren Ave.
Pros: The mints were good
Cons: EVERYTHING ELSE
