I have been trying to get my teeth straight for well over a year. Each time I go in, I am told my teeth ""look great"", yet they are still almost as misaligned as the day I came in. I'm an adult, so this was a big deal to me. They took my braces off a full 7 months earlier than anticipated, and now I've had 3 sets of retainers to correct the teeth that they think are fine. My three kids all went here, and it always took many months longer than what we were told to expect.
Pros: okay with persistance...
Cons: rude staff...
