I was telephoned for a hospital bill with regarding to my son who is over 18 during but because he was injured when he was underaged at the same hospital they never updated their system and they contacted me on my business phone and harrassed me while trying to belittle me by saying that I signed and owed for this bill when in fact that couldn't be farther from the truth. She wouldn't listen to anything I was trying to explain. The employee would not give me her name or the name of the business and said that if I had caller ID I would have to call back and find out myself. I did call back and Ms. Owens said they wouldn't give me any information or let me talk to a supervisor unless I was willing to give them my personal information, even though they admit to having this info anyway along with caller ID. None of the employees would ever let me talk to their supervisor. Ms Owen insisted that I couldn't talk to their supervisor without my information or they would be fired! This is the most unprofessional, ignorant and arrogant collection agency that I have ever dealt with or heard of from others. If I owed them money, I would purposely take my time paying them just to return the harrassment favor.
Cons: They assume they have proper info & act w/reckless disregard
