I'm a person who appreciates customer service. I own my own business and understand the importance of taking care of your customers... so they return along with spreading around the good word. Michelle Coratti doesn't get that. She should not own a business but perhaps take lessons from the people that know how. Also the food needs work along with some waitresses attitudes. But if I had to work under Michelle I would be cranky too. I will never take my clients there again. I am telling my whole family who has dined there frequently to stop going there and I'm sure its not too far from now that they will be out of business. Way to go Michelle!
