I found a delivery confirmation package on top of my mailbox. It wasn't even tied to the mailbox. The delivery tracking said it was delivered yesterday at 3:15pm, but it wasn't there this morning at 6:42am. In December, I have a package that was supposed to be delivered, and didn't get here. I called and complained, and it appeared the next day, opened. Two years ago, I found one of my package lying on the ROAD where cars were driving by at 40 mph.
So far, I lost 2 confirmed delivered item, no refund of course, and one with no delivery confirmation.
Pros: very nice counter persons, very friendly and helpful.
Cons: terrible parcel delivery, can lose package easily
