Chosing a builder in a crisis can be very stressful. Our house burned in Jan 2008 and the adjuster kept saying ""remember there are time limits"". Steven Ross pulled up in our drive-way as a neighbor concerned that we would not be taken advantage of. Within a month we had met with him and Lisa in their home to discuss what our needs were and what we could spend. Five months after the fire we were sleeping in our 1700 sq ft ranch built in 57 days, an unbeleiveable time by industry standards. Both Steven and Lisa listen and offer suggestions and even manage last minute changes without a problem. I did check a few of their references but in the end it was Steven himself that sold me on chosing him as a builder. Unlike other builders I have heard of Steven himself was on the job every day. The few days he was gone he let me know what was scheduled and even called at the end of the day. Any issuse that have come up since completion have been addressed sometimes before I could even hang up the phone. A year later I still stand by chosing him and constantly tell others to check him out.\r
