When I first signed up, it was 3 weeks before they finally remembered to drop off a cart- and never received credit for that period, this was only the beginning. When they actually did stop to pick up, which was very undependable, the cart was regularly thrown across my drive or left dangling off the curb, blowing trash all over. Health reasons then caused a need to find someone who could provide carryout service rather than taking a cart to the curb, so I asked that service end when the balance of this payment was depleted. They continued to bill me although I'd had them come and get their cart. Calls did not work so I began writing to say I did not have service there anymore, only to get return letters stating that their records said I did. Suddenly I get a letter from a collection agency whom I responded to immediately with my disputing their claim. Two days later the collector called- I assumed to further discuss the matter, but instead insisted I had no way to argue the bill. Furious over the continued waste of my time due their poor record keeping I paid them right then, just to get them to finally go away. As they were noting this the collector then informs me that there is a second bill with them for me that was over a year old, and had been put on my credit report. I had no second account and no idea what was happening until we discovered I was never notified because the records had 2 phone numbers- neither mine, plus the address was incorrect. The bill was not mine, and I was not ever made aware of it or given the chance to know of it because Lies had sent mis-matched information to the collection agency. I then had to call Lies to verify the bill was not mine, where they insisted immediately that the mistake was not theirs, were indignant and rude, then demanded I call collections and tell them to call Lies back. I've just paid them $100 that I did not owe, they did not earn, and had no right to just so they would stop wasting my time, to then be treated like this!? No. I have never seen or heard such incompetence from a service provider as I have with Lies Trash and will never put up with them again.
Pros: I don't use them anymore
Cons: Pitiful bookkeeping, rude staff
