Let me start off saying this: I have gone to the same hairdresser Apryl for a long time. she does a great job and really knows what she is doing. Besides that, this place stinks. I have gone to Keith only once because he convinced me to leave Apryl so he could do wonders with my hair color (WRONG!) All he did was color it the same and alienate me in the process. Plus he charged me $250 for cut, color, style and deep conditioning (which I did not ask for). The front desk staff are rude and lazy, I called one time to make an appt w. Apryl and was put on hold for 15 minutes. I almost hung up until someone realized I was on hold. Another time I went to get an eyebrow waxing and the girl told me she would be right back so she could tell the facialist I was there. I waited 10 minutes at the front desk and finally gave up and began to walk out and saw the receptionist smoking outside. When she noticed me she ran back inside to get the facialist. If it werent for my hairdresser Apryl being there, I would most definitely leave. I would only recommend it to people to see Apryl or those who love the smell of smoke when you walk in or loud rap music playing while they get their hair done. Otherwise, stay away.
